It was during a visit to Abitibi-Temiscamingue, QC that I experienced my first photo outings under -40 degrees Celsius. I spotted the habits of this fox near the parking lot of a golf course in order to wait for its return to the den. I found refuge near a place where it was easy to camouflage myself out of the wind & a few meters from his usual path. The contrast of the red fox with the snow merited this very cold mission!
